Before you buy
Does it need seasoning before first use?+
No. It arrives pre-seasoned with edible oil. Rinse, wipe dry, brush a thin film of oil and cook. The surface keeps improving with every meal.
Which size for a family of four?+
28 cm. It fits a full-spread dosa and still handles rotis and omelettes without crowding the stove.
Will it rust?+
Not if it is dried after washing. Cast iron rusts from standing water, not from use. A wipe of oil once a week is enough.
Is it heavy?+
